My stay at the hotel was absolutely amazing. The rooms were not only clean and comfortable but also incredibly spacious, equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, desk, and the comfiest beds I've ever experienced. The service was exceptional; the staff went above and beyond to secure us a clean, spacious, and comfortable room at a great rate, and even arranged breakfast for us. The location was perfect for early bird flights to RDU airport. The dining experience was top-notch, with a beautiful room setup, and my kids loved the nice pool. The facilities were fantastic overall, offering everything we needed for a pleasant stay.
The service lacked friendliness and was not accommodating, notably during shuttle arrangements. The location was convenient for our trip out of RDU airport, despite some cleanliness issues and parking challenges. The dining options fell short of expectations, with limited appeal compared to the property's advertised pictures.

The rooms were extremely hot due to an issue with the air conditioning unit, but on the bright side, they were very spacious and comfortable with a perfect set tele. The service was friendly, with special consideration for pets during Hurricane Florence, even though there were some oversights like missing towels. The location was very accessible for various travel modes, making it a great spot to relax after a long day, though parking was a major issue upon returning late at night. The dining experience offered limited healthy options and was a bit overpriced, with frozen biscuits and yogurt, but the traditional Marche products were a nice touch.
